Since xxxx, I have been in the business of Retail Sales, Buy Here Pay Here, Service, Repairing, Selling Salvage and Parts and a Restoration Service, too. As my wife and I approach our early 60s, we wish to sell or lease our business(s), inventory or have a partner contractually join us in our venture. We are fully licensed dealers, members of GIADA, have salvage and rebuilding licences at several locations. ... so this might be the perfect opportunity for a hobbiest to share a license and legal location with reduced costs. We may even consider a working partner ... someone serious about day to day responsibility to contractually build some equity towards the business. Some mechanical or detail knowledge or abilities are preferered but not required. We are not interested in a loan for working capital, but a prefer one or many WORKING PARTNER(s) to take on a little bit, one project or set of projects or spaces at a time or with a sizable investment, he whole operation. We expect to mentor the right team for up to five years before we retire and step away from the day to day operations. We love what we do and have been involved in automotive since xxxx. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF WAYS TO DO THIS: a limited partnership on up to ten units of various conditions and values from perfect, emission ready, and ready to go to vehicles that need minor mechanical or cosmetic issues. Would expect to split revenues over trade in value. The percentage will be based on whether parts and labor is paid for by which party. All vehicles are paid for, no floor plan. Some are court order, some salvage, some projects, some nearly ready to go.
Any candidate must have desire to learn our program(s), or educate us to a bertter way. Recommended to have their own computer, set of tools, minimum operating capital and be proficient with OUTLOOK or a similar program to document progress, be willing to learn our software products or bring similar ones to the table for us to learn. We are a turnkey operation ... nothing is required to open the doors sell or repair except YOU and a willingness to communicate effectively, comply with the status quo and evolve effectively. Must have a mutually signed and notarized agreement to begin activities or to recieve any share of compensation.
